Prabhakar, a bachelor of commerce joined completed his bachelor of law from Rajasthan University in the year 2003, he also joined a course of chartered accountancy and started his initial training under the guidance of Shri S. N. Bhala before clearing his chartered accountancy examination in the year 2010.

A bachelor of law, fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 17+ years of experience and practicing in the area of drafting and negotiation of agreements, IPR matters, corporate litigations and audits.

Area of Practice

Prabhakar’s Expertise lies in the fields of drafting and negotiation of agreements, corporate litigations, IPR and at presently he is handling various matters pertaining of legal aspects of agreements including taxation, IPR matters including preparation, assistances and representation before various authorities and forum.
